I’m a master’s-level clinician with over twenty years of experience supporting youth, young adults, adults and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and developmental challenges. My work is rooted in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and a deep commitment to emotional safety, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

I specialize in walking alongside individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, PTSD, and autism spectrum differences (ASD). I also support families managing behavioral and relational concerns such as Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), ADHD, and Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED)—helping to build greater understanding, connection, and workable strategies for change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), HOPE Theory and family systems therapy to create practical, hopeful paths forward. Whether we’re exploring emotional regulation, repairing relationships, or navigating big questions around identity, my approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and always guided by compassion.

As a clinician, I strive to hold a steady, affirming space where all clients—especially LGBTQIA+ youth and families—feel seen, respected, and supported. I believe healing happens in connection, not perfection, and my goal is to help people build resilience, develop coping skills, and move toward greater hope, authenticity, and self-understanding.

Ups and downs are natural, but sometimes they last too long or wear you down too much. I am a mental health counselor experience and have had the honor of working with adults, parents, and families who are struggling with complex thoughts and behaviors including: trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, self- harming behaviors, addiction, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I graduated from Northeastern University, having studied trauma-informed care, evidence based practices, and relationship based person-centered treatment. I have a special interest in working with children and parents. I can help you to find symptom management strategies that align with your personality and values. I believe that the foundation to all quality treatment is a genuine human relationship with respect for your boundaries and safety. I can help you to grow through building awareness of aspects of self that change over time and aspects of self that have always been part of us, to bring clarity, seek comfort, and find motivation for change. I teach strategies to move away from negative thought traps and towards mindfulness and balance. Together we can collaborate on identifying your values and commitment to actions that you believe will bring about a more fulfilling life. Through play therapy and art therapy I can help children work through complex emotions, anxiety, depression, history of trauma, behavioral problems, and managing peer conflict. It is important to me to have a safe, warm, welcoming, and fun space for children to express themselves in their own way. I incorporate movement and problem solving games as a fun way to promote balance and growth in treatment .
